Jeonnam Fire Department Executes Transfer Personnel Changes for 651 Fire Officers Below the Rank of Fire Lieutenant
[Muan=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] The Jeonnam Fire Headquarters (Chief Ma Jaeyoon) carried out a personnel transfer for 651 employees at the rank of Fire Lieutenant (Grade 6) and below as of the 14th.
This personnel move was made due to the opening of Wando Fire Station, filling vacancies from retirements, and promotions to higher positions. It is evaluated as a balanced personnel arrangement considering the smooth promotion of fire administration and the job performance capabilities of the individuals involved.
In particular, among fire officers at the rank of Fire Lieutenant and below, 191 have three or more children, and all 94 personnel subject to transfer among them were given priority placement at their desired work locations.
It is known that this was actively reflected in this personnel move according to the 'Preferential Personnel Policy for Fire Officers with Multiple Children,' which was established to take the lead in solving the low birthrate problem and to boost morale and improve working conditions for fire officers with multiple children.
