Customers inside the store reportedly expressed dissatisfaction upon seeing Willis without a mask, and the store staff asked Willis to wear a mask, but he ignored the request. The staff told Willis that he had to leave the store if he did not wear a mask, and eventually, Willis left the pharmacy with a stern expression.
Page Six reported, "Although Willis had a scarf to cover his face, he did not wear it, which angered the people in the store."
