Canada Goose Launches Collaboration Product with 'Angel Chen'
New Designer Angel Chen and Spring Capsule Collection
[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] Canada Goose, a performance luxury brand operated by Beaker, a contemporary multi-shop under Samsung C&T Fashion Division, will launch a spring season capsule collection in collaboration with emerging fashion designer Angel Chen on the 15th.
Angel Chen is a young designer gaining global attention for her designs that blend Eastern and Western aesthetics based on an experimental approach. She is known for modern collections that breathe new life into Eastern elements and traditional beauty, transcending boundaries of nationality, age, and gender.
Canada Goose presents 11 styles infused with Angel Chen’s creative sensibility, including iconic styles such as the Snow Mantra Parka. The collection is characterized by a unique design and functional expertise that combine tradition and modernity.
The collection’s signature items, the ‘Cropped Snow Mantra Parka’ and the ‘Convertible Snow Mantra Parka,’ incorporate Canada Goose’s proprietary technology proven over decades by scientists and Arctic explorers. They are reinterpreted through Angel Chen’s distinctive perspective with modern silhouettes, vibrant red/pink colors, and signature twist designs.
In addition, lightweight down, windbreakers, rainwear, knitwear, and accessories will also be released. Each item is designed with unique styles through layering, mix and match, and transformation, while providing optimized thermal protection.
Notably, the campaign for this collection was produced using augmented reality (AR) and computer-generated imagery (CGI) under the collaboration of Canada Goose, a leader in digital innovation, and Angel Chen.
The campaign showcases the evolution of the Snow Mantra Parka through a seasonal journey from Canadian winter to Chinese spring.

This collection will be available from the 15th at Canada Goose stores in Lotte Department Store Main Branch, World Tower Branch, and Samsung C&T Fashion Division’s integrated online mall SSF Shop.
