The non-face-to-face meeting was conducted with key executives, including newly appointed President Kim Ki-hwan, communicating with employee panels connected via video from the KB Insurance headquarters studio. Employees as well as sales agents (LC) participated through phone interviews and by watching the YouTube live broadcast.
KB Insurance selected 'Sales,' 'Digital,' 'Customer,' and 'No.1' as this year's keywords and discussed major strategies for each keyword.
The direction for this year's management plan was set as 'Accelerating a future-oriented fundamental turnaround of the core business and securing new growth engines based on digital platforms,' with core tasks including ▲ solid market share growth based on value management ▲ achieving industry No.1 in digital capabilities ▲ differentiated future growth channel operation strategies ▲ leading ESG management ▲ HR and organizational innovation and successful entry into new businesses.
The plan is to establish a future-oriented insurance company foundation leading the insurance sector of KB Financial Group.
President Kim said, "Upon my new appointment, the first promise I made was to uphold 'thorough field and practical management,' so we prepared the management strategy meeting together with the sales field," adding, "We will listen more closely to the voices from the field so that the LCs in the sales field can confidently provide KB Insurance’s excellent products and services to customers."
