Gwangju Office of Education Pilots 'Paperless Meetings'
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Gwan-woo] The Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education announced on the 12th that it has pilot-operated a 'paperless meeting' using laptops from the Tuesday policy meeting to take the lead in overcoming the environmental crisis and spreading eco-friendly values.
The 'paperless meeting' is a method of conducting meetings by pre-loading meeting materials onto laptops held by each department in line with the climate crisis response policy.
This method is expected to be useful for saving paper, reducing document printing time, increasing administrative work efficiency through rapid work sharing, and securing and managing meeting materials.
