Damyang-gun, 2022 Forest Income Enhancement Project Application and Reception
[Damyang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yukbong] Jeonnam Damyang-gun (Governor Choi Hyung-sik) announced on the 12th that it is accepting applications for the '2022 Forest Income Increase Project' to boost the income of forestry workers.
The Forest Income Increase Project is a program aimed at enhancing the competitiveness by increasing the income of forestry workers and improving the productivity and quality of forest products.
Applicants must be organizations or forestry workers residing in the local area, and the project period is from February to December 2022.
The eligible projects include ▲ Forest crop production complexes (support for seedling and sapling planting, shiitake mushroom beds, etc.) ▲ Establishment of distribution infrastructure for forest products (support for cold storage, processing and distribution facilities) ▲ Establishment of production infrastructure for forest products (support for work roads, wells, shiitake cultivation houses, etc.) ▲ Support for commercialization of forest products (packaging materials) ▲ Eco-friendly forest product cultivation management (support for soil conditioners, organic fertilizers), among others.
