Doosan Owner Sells All Remaining 5.33 Million Shares of FuelCell... "Improving Financial Structure"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyewon] The Doosan Group owner family has sold all their shares in Doosan Fuel Cell.
Doosan Fuel Cell announced on the 6th that Chairman Park Jung-won of Doosan Group and nine others sold 5,327,270 common shares through an off-hours block trade. This corresponds to an 8.13% stake based on common shares.
Previously, the owner family, including Chairman Park, decided to dispose of 19.7% of their Doosan Fuel Cell shares and had initially sold 5.6 million common shares last October.
With the successful sale of the remaining shares this time, the owner family has completely divested their stake in Fuel Cell.
The 19.7% stake excludes the 23.0% Doosan Fuel Cell shares that the Doosan owners had previously donated free of charge to Doosan Heavy Industries.
