Lotte Hotel Unveils '2020 UNICEF Package'
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Lotte Hotel is offering the ‘2020 UNICEF Package’ until February 28, next year. Since first launching the package in 2014, Lotte Hotel has introduced the UNICEF package every winter, donating a portion of the sales proceeds to the ‘Schools for Asia’ campaign, an educational project for children in Asia run by the Korean Committee for UNICEF.
This year as well, each Lotte Hotel chain offers various products along with the heartwarming UNICEF signature blanket as a common benefit.
Signiel Seoul has prepared a 3-person package preferred by family visitors. Lotte Hotel Seoul includes a special benefit of a strawberry afternoon tea set (for 2 people) in collaboration with the beauty brand Chantecaille. Lotte Hotel Ulsan offers packages starting from around 160,000 KRW with various additional benefits.
Six Lotte City Hotels nationwide (Mapo, Gimpo, Jeju, Daejeon, Guro, Myeongdong) sell packages starting from 65,000 KRW, and L7 Hotels (Myeongdong, Gangnam, Hongdae) start from 90,000 KRW. Prices at Lotte City Hotels and L7 Hotels are all exclusive of tax. These reasonably priced packages are quickly gaining popularity among millennials looking for practical hotel staycations during the year-end and New Year holidays.
The 2020 UNICEF Package by Lotte Hotel is available at 17 chain hotels in Korea (Signiel, Lotte Hotel, Lotte City Hotel, L7 Hotel). Package contents and prices vary by hotel and date, and detailed information can be found on Lotte Hotel’s official website.
