Son Ogong Donates BTS Dolls to Underprivileged Children
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Sonokong announced on the 10th that it donated Sonokong toys, including BTS dolls, to Sinmyeong Childcare Center of Sinmyeong Welfare Foundation in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do.
Sinmyeong Childcare Center is a child care facility that provides an environment for growth to children who require protection due to broken family relationships, currently housing about 50 children. Since the baby box was established in 2011, it has been protecting and raising abandoned children left in the baby box.
Sonokong has formed a sisterhood relationship with Sinmyeong Childcare Center and has been conducting support activities for the children at the childcare center every year since 2016, including donating heating and cooling facilities, sponsoring toys for charity bazaars, and supporting movie and musical viewings.
The donated toys consist of ▲‘BTS official dolls’ ▲‘Barbie’s Career Playset’ ▲and the hair designer experience toy ‘Curly Girls’.
