This agreement was prepared to support the stable social entry of high school graduate youth workforce and to resolve the difficulties faced by excellent small and medium enterprises experiencing recruitment shortages due to COVID-19. The agreement institutions plan to establish a close cooperation system through this agreement to provide various support so that young talents can grow into future technology talents and entrepreneurs.
In particular, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund will utilize about 300,000 small and medium enterprises it deals with to support the stable social entry of high school graduate talents through ▲ discovering jobs for young talents such as vocational high school students, ▲ recruiting companies for on-site training, ▲ establishing and operating a high school graduate talent registration system through its own job matching platform ‘Job Cloud’, and ▲ supporting recruitment through the online job fair held annually by the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund.
At the ‘Mock Startup Consulting’ performance report meeting held as a side event of the agreement ceremony, 7 teams and 21 students from Daegu Technical High School who received mentoring from the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund participated and presented creative startup ideas. Prior to the agreement ceremony, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund conducted pilot startup lectures and consulting for Daegu Technical High School students over the past month to cultivate entrepreneurship and startup mindset. Starting next year, in cooperation with the Korea Student Aid Foundation, they plan to expand startup lectures and consulting for vocational high school students nationwide.
