Cooperation to Establish a Successful Model for Haenam-type New Deal Project
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Hyun] Haenam-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 4th that it signed a business agreement with Chonnam National University on the 3rd to promote the Haenam-type New Deal project in response to the Korean New Deal project.
The business agreement ceremony held in the county office situation room was attended by Myung Hyun-gwan, Mayor of Haenam-gun, Kim Gil-yong, Professor of the Department of Agricultural Food Life Chemistry at Chonnam National University, Kim Min-su, Director of the Big Data Center, Han Yeon-su, Director of the Eco-friendly Agriculture Research Institute, and Choi Woo-jung, Director of the Climate Change Response Agricultural Life Research Institute. They agreed to establish a cooperative system to proactively respond to the Korean New Deal project and discover Haenam-type New Deal projects.
Chonnam National University plans to collaborate on policy consultation for digital and green New Deal projects by linking its own research institutions such as the Big Data Center, Eco-friendly Agriculture Research Institute, and Climate Change Response Agricultural Life Research Institute. They will also cooperate in building a data integration management platform to create a successful model of the Haenam-type New Deal project being promoted in Haenam-gun, including the establishment of a climate change response agricultural research complex.
