According to the Gangseo Police Station in Busan on the 2nd, at around 10:46 PM on the 1st, Mr. A, a man in his 40s driving his Audi near the Gangseo Police Station in Myeongji-dong, Gangseo-gu, collided with the central divider.
As a result of the accident, Mr. A's vehicle was thrown into the opposite lane, overturned, and quickly caught fire.
Park Gang-hak, the civil affairs chief (Inspector) of Busan Gangseo Police Station, who was on his way home from work, witnessed the accident scene. While extinguishing the fire with a fire extinguisher in his own vehicle, Inspector Park found Mr. A unconscious and collapsed in the driver's seat, kicked open the driver's door, and rescued him.
