Gwangju Seo-gu 'Group Home Children and Adolescents' Kimchi Sharing Event Held

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (Mayor Seo Daeseok) announced on the 25th that on the 24th, Kimchi Town Co., Ltd. held a Love Sharing Kimchi-making event to support children and youth in group homes within Seo-gu.
This event was made possible with the sponsorship of Gwangju Circulation Road Investment Co., Ltd. and Gwangju Circulation Co., Ltd., who signed a business agreement for the 'Seo-gu Residents One Family Sharing Project' in July.
At the event, 100 boxes of kimchi (10kg each) were delivered to four children's group homes and one residential facility for the disabled in the Seo-gu area.
Meanwhile, Gwangju Circulation Road Investment Co., Ltd. and Gwangju Circulation Co., Ltd. have maintained ties with children in group homes since 2018.
So far, they have supported various sharing activities for socially marginalized neighbors by providing kimchi and dinner worth about 30 million won, wish fulfillment projects, and bathing services for the disabled.
