Governor Gu Chung-gon said, “The situation is serious as cases of chain infections are increasing in cases of confirmed patients with unknown infection routes, asymptomatic confirmed cases, and small gatherings among acquaintances, family, and workplaces. Voluntary mask-wearing, hand washing, and social distancing by the residents are the most reliable preemptive measures for infection control.”
