[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Eunpyeong-gu (Mayor Kim Mi-kyung) will provide public jobs to 280 people for 5 months and 20 days from January 11 to June 30 next year as part of creating public jobs for low-income and employment-vulnerable groups through the '2021 First Half Seoul Citizens Safe Jobs and Public Social Jobs Project.'
The selected personnel include ▲157 people in 2 fields of the Seoul Citizens Safe Jobs Project (Public Service Support Project, Environmental Maintenance and Life Quarantine Support Project) ▲123 people in 4 fields of the Public Social Jobs Project (Office Environmental Maintenance, Pedestrian Safety Guidance Project, School Zone Traffic Safety Keeper, etc.), totaling 280 people in 6 fields.
The recruitment period is from November 16 to December 4, and applications are accepted at the resident center of the corresponding residential district.
Recipients of livelihood benefits under the National Basic Livelihood Security Act, unemployment benefits recipients, those unable to work, and those with criminal records under laws such as the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth from Sexual Abuse are excluded from this project.
Working hours and wages are 30 hours per week (6 hours per day) with 53,000 KRW, and 15 hours per week (3 hours per day) with 27,000 KRW, with transportation and snack expenses and weekly/monthly leave allowances paid separately. Enrollment in the four major insurances (National Pension, Health Insurance, Employment Insurance, Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance) is mandatory.
Applicants must bring identification, documents proving additional points, visit the resident center of their registered address, fill out the application form, and submit it.
