[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Chosun University Career Center recently announced on the 30th that it conducted mentoring by current employees and mock interviews for graduates who passed the written exam for the '2020 Gwangju Bank New Employee' recruitment.
The program included personality interviews, in-depth interviews, PT interviews, and discussion interviews conducted by experts such as current and former HR specialists, and career center consultants, as well as mentoring by seniors who actually joined the company.
The current employee seniors who participated as mentors interacted with the students and helped strengthen their interview skills through the same process as the actual interview screening.
