"DinoLab Startup Capability Support" Woori Financial Group Operates 'The Up' Program
DinoLab Startup Capability Enhancement Program 'DiUp' Launched
Developing Expertise in Five Specialized Areas: Patents, Tax & Accounting, IR, Marketing, UI/UX
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] Woori Financial Group announced on the 29th that it will conduct a capability enhancement program called ‘D.UP’ for the scale-up of companies affiliated with ‘Dino Lab,’ a startup incubation program.
Due to the nature of startups operated by small teams, there is no separate specialized legal or accounting team. Since one employee handles various tasks, they often face difficulties in specialized areas necessary for business operations.
D.UP aims to solve these difficulties by supporting startups to enhance their capabilities through expert consulting. It is a differentiated support program unique to Dino Lab, following the financial IT education support conducted last August.
The program, running until the 30th of this month, consists of lectures that startups must know, such as tax-saving methods and patent management strategies, as well as one-on-one consulting sessions with experts in each field, including patents and marketing.
In particular, this year, the support scope has expanded to five areas: patents, tax/accounting, investment (IR), marketing, and UI/UX. Additionally, experts currently active in each field, such as patent attorneys, tax accountants, and venture capital evaluators, participate directly.
