According to the Railway Special Judicial Police on the 20th, a man identified as Mr. A was booked and is under investigation after causing a disturbance around 9:30 PM on the 19th at Seoul Station when he was stopped by staff for attempting to board the KTX without a mask.

The man reportedly lay down and caused a commotion after arguing with the staff who requested him to wear a mask. Another man, an acquaintance of the intoxicated passenger, also lay down in the waiting room and caused a disturbance. The unruly behavior of these intoxicated individuals continued for over 30 minutes before they were subdued by the Railway Special Judicial Police who arrived on the scene.
