Hanhil Cement Wins '2020 Brand of the Year' Award
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Hanil Cement announced on the 25th that it was selected as the Cement of the Year in the ‘2020 Korea Brand of the Year Awards’ chosen directly by the public.
The 2020 Korea Brand of the Year Awards, hosted by the Korea Consumer Forum, is an event that selects and awards the best brands representing each sector such as home appliances, finance, building materials, food, and dining through public voting over the course of a year.
In this 18th consumer vote, more than 550,000 domestic consumers participated through online, mobile voting, and one-on-one telephone surveys. The cement category was newly established this year, and Hanil Cement became the first in the cement industry to be ranked number one.
