A female student, suspicious of the open shower room window, consulted with dormitory staff, and the dormitory took action to expel A and reported the incident to the police.
On A's smartphone, videos illegally filmed of five female victims over a period of about three months since June were found.
The police believe A inserted his smartphone camera through the gap in the women's shower room window to film.
The police have applied for an arrest warrant for A and are investigating whether there are additional victims.
