11 Universities in the Southeast Region Begin Joint Development of 'Online Open Courses'

Startup Challenge Report Meeting for K-MOOC Startup Course at Dongmyeong University on the 17th
On the 17th, 11 universities from the southeastern region held a joint online open lecture development report meeting at Dongmyung University.

The LINC+ project teams of 11 universities in the southeastern region held a kickoff meeting on the 17th at Dongmyung University's International Industry-Academia Cooperation Center, Gang Seok-jin Startup Village, under the slogan "From Competition to Cooperation," to jointly develop the Korean-style online open course K-MOOC Startup Challenge entrepreneurship course.
The K-MOOC Startup Challenge entrepreneurship course consists of valuable content related to entrepreneurship, including ▲ Local Creator Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Spirit (Professor Jeon Su-seong, Gyeongsang National University) ▲ Capturing Startup Opportunities (Professor Kim Jong-chul, Gyeongnam National University; Professor Jeong Hae-ju, Dongseo University) ▲ Startup Idea Generation Methods (Professor Kim Jong-wook, Changwon National University) ▲ Understanding and Utilizing Marketing (Professor Seo Joo-hwan, Dong-A University; Professor Lee Ji-eun, Dongmyung University) ▲ Intellectual Property Rights (Professor Lee Ho-sang, Ulsan University) ▲ Startup Case Studies (Professor Choi Yong-joo, Inje University; Professor Cheon Dong-pil, Pukyong National University) ▲ Understanding Business Models (Professor Kim Sung-soo, Dong-Eui University) ▲ Business Model Canvas Writing (Dr. Park Jin-eun, Korea Maritime and Ocean University).
Shin Dong-seok, head of the LINC+ project team at Dongmyung University, said, "After about two months from September, including manuscript writing, filming, storyboard creation, and video editing, the final development will be completed. At the end of November, we plan to hold a development result report meeting and a dissemination meeting for nationwide university utilization."
Jung Hong-seop, president of Dongmyung University, expressed expectations, saying, "The 11 universities in the southeastern region will greatly contribute to spreading the startup culture and bridging the educational level and startup culture gap between regions caused by the concentration of major startup-related infrastructure in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas through joint development of K-MOOC startup course content and entrepreneurship credit exchange."

At the report meeting on the 17th, about 20 professors from the LINC+ project teams and practical staff from each university of the 11 southeastern universities, including Gyeongnam National University, Gyeongsang National University, Dongmyung University, Dongseo University, Dong-A University, Dong-Eui University, Pukyong National University, Ulsan University, Inje University, Changwon National University, and Korea Maritime and Ocean University, attended. The meeting proceeded with a Q&A session following the K-MOOC Startup Challenge entrepreneurship course production orientation.
