[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Helixmith is experiencing a sharp decline following the news of a rights offering.
At 10:23 AM on the 18th, Helixmith was trading at 43,650 KRW on the KOSDAQ market, down 16.4% from the previous session.
The previous day, Helixmith announced a rights offering worth 281 billion KRW through a shareholder allocation followed by a general public offering of forfeited shares to raise funds for facilities, operations, and debt repayment.

The planned issue price of the new shares is 38,150 KRW, with approximately 0.28 shares allocated per existing share. The newly issued shares amount to about 7.5 million, representing approximately 28% of the total shares outstanding before the capital increase.
