The Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings product grants priority rights for national and private housing allocations. Customers can freely deposit between 20,000 KRW and 500,000 KRW monthly. However, the Youth Preferential Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings is available only to those aged 19 to 34 with an annual income of 30 million KRW or less and who are heads of households without housing. The interest rates as of the 7th for subscriptions longer than two years are up to 1.8% annually for Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings and up to 3.3% annually for Youth Preferential Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings.
