Paradise City Chinese Restaurant Employee Tests Positive for COVID-19
Closure of All Facilities Including Hotels, Casinos, and Restaurants Until 1 PM on the 3rd
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] Paradise City announced on the 1st that one employee working at the Chinese restaurant 'Imperial Treasure' tested positive for the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), and the entire facilities including the hotel, casino, and restaurants will be temporarily closed until 1 PM on the 3rd.
According to the epidemiological investigation by health authorities, the employee and other staff members at the business site complied with quarantine guidelines such as wearing masks. It is also known that the confirmed employee's movement did not overlap with that of customers.
Paradise City plans to suspend operations of all facilities to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection and will conduct professional disinfection and sterilization. Additionally, COVID-19 diagnostic tests will be conducted for employees classified by the health authorities.
