Residents visiting the community service centers must scan an encrypted QR code with their smartphones, then verify their identity and enter information such as fever and respiratory symptoms to register on the entry list.
The district will also operate a handwritten entry log in parallel for seniors who do not have smartphones or have difficulty using QR codes.
Stored information and visit history will be automatically deleted after 4 weeks and will only be used for location information and contact tracing if necessary during future epidemiological investigations.
Additionally, since the 13th, the district has been operating a non-face-to-face automatic AI thermal detection system at all community service centers in the area.
The non-face-to-face thermal detection system automatically checks visitors' body temperature through an AI system linked to a thermal camera to determine entry eligibility. If a visitor is not wearing a mask or wears it only on their chin or mouth, a voice message and text saying "Please wear a mask" will be displayed, and entry will be restricted.
Along with this, the district office has installed acrylic shields to block droplets at civil service counters such as Dongjak-gu Job Plus Center, free legal consultation office, real estate consultation office, health center, and community service centers to actively implement strengthened social distancing.
Choi Hwanbong, Head of the Autonomous Administration Division, said, "We will do our best to strengthen quarantine through the operation of electronic entry logs at all community service centers in the area and protect the lives and safety of residents," and asked for the active cooperation of residents visiting the district office.
