[Asia Economy Reporter Heo Midam] On the morning of the 13th, some roads in downtown Seoul remain closed. As of 6 a.m., Jamsugyo Bridge has been fully closed in both directions for a total of 12 days since the 2nd of this month, setting a new record for the longest submersion period.
The water level at Jamsugyo Bridge is 6.11m, slightly lower than the vehicle restriction standard (6.2m or higher) but still above the pedestrian restriction standard (5.5m or higher). Entry to the Olympic-daero Gimpo-bound Sincheon Interchange is also currently restricted.

Both directions of the underpass road at the southern end of Gaehwa Yukkapmun Banghwa Bridge have been closed since the 3rd of this month. Additionally, vehicle traffic is prohibited from the section beside the southern end of Seongsan Bridge on Yangpyeong-ro 30-gil to Yangpyeong Interchange, the underpass beneath Dongjak Bridge near Sindonga Shopping Center, and Dangsan-ro 52-gil (from the southern end of Dangsan Railway Bridge to Dangsan Underpass).
