Cafe24 Unveils 'Promotion Bridge,' a Joint Marketing Service for Online Malls and Businesses
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Global e-commerce platform Cafe24 announced on the 11th that it will officially launch the 'Promotion Bridge' service, which conveniently connects online shopping malls and companies for event and promotion collaborations based on big data.
'Promotion Bridge' is a service that finds the optimal marketing collaboration partners between online shopping malls and companies. Both parties only need to enter simple information such as marketing type, target, customer base, and preferred brands on the service page. Cafe24 uses big data analysis to identify the best collaboration partners and automatically connects them, supporting everything from design production needed for promotions to performance reports.
Once matched, online shopping malls can offer products or tangible and intangible service vouchers supported by companies as unique event benefits to consumers. This leads to providing a differentiated shopping experience, making it easier to expand loyal customers. Additionally, companies can enhance their brand image through targeted marketing suited to the latest online trends.
Currently, various marketing collaborations between online shopping malls and companies are underway. Examples include promotions using product packaging (delivery envelopes) with food conglomerate logos for delivery packaging of fashion online shopping malls targeting teenagers to people in their 20s; promotions providing new product kits from beauty brands for customers of infant fashion shopping malls in their 30s; and promotions inserting company logos or characters into online shopping mall product designs.
This service is open to both Cafe24 online shopping mall operators who want partnership co-marketing and online and offline companies.
