Housing Pension Can Be Applied for Online Without a Visit
Housing Finance Corporation Accepts Applications via Website and Smart Housing Finance App
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi]It is now possible to subscribe to the Housing Pension online without visiting the Korea Housing Finance Corporation (KHFC) in person.
The Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF) announced on the 6th that it has launched a system allowing customers to apply for the Housing Pension online without visiting a branch, in response to the growing need for non-face-to-face financial services.
Customers wishing to subscribe to the Housing Pension can apply through the HF website or the HF mobile application (app) called ‘Smart Housing Finance’.
Applicants no longer need to visit government offices to obtain required documents such as the resident registration certificate or family relation certificate when applying. HF obtains the necessary documents directly by using the Administrative Information Joint Use System after receiving consent for information and service use from the applicant and their spouse.
