Dongbu Fire Station (Chief Choi Jeongsik) announced on the 5th that more than 30 fire officers and volunteer firefighters attended local children's centers in the jurisdiction to carry out the 'Adding Safety to Daily Life' campaign.
The 'Adding Safety to Daily Life' activity, which started on the 3rd, will be conducted until the 7th targeting 21 local children's centers in the area during the summer vacation.
The 'Adding Safety to Daily Life' initiative was carried out to improve initial fire suppression conditions and prevent COVID-19 group infections at local children's centers, which are fire safety vulnerable facilities used by children.
Basic firefighting equipment such as fire extinguishers was distributed free of charge, and detector installation locations were selected to install detectors.
