According to the Gumi Police Station in Gyeongbuk on the 3rd, at around 4:44 a.m. that day, taxi passenger A (21) stabbed driver B (57, female) in the abdomen with a weapon on a road in Jinpyeong-dong, Gumi City. B sustained serious injuries and was taken to the hospital for emergency surgery.
The police, who responded to the report, arrested A on the spot and are investigating him on suspicion of attempted murder.
