The "Jongno-style Doganitang" contains chewy beef knee cartilage in a rich beef bone broth, delivering a deep and intense soup flavor. It includes soft and chewy dogani (beef knee cartilage) and beef shank without any off-flavors, and when paired with Ottogi’s traditional somyeon noodles, it creates an even more special meal. The "Suwon-style Ugeoji Galbitang" is a hearty product with abundant ingredients such as beef ribs, young cabbage, and radish.
