[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Seoul Agro-Fisheries & Food Corporation (President Kim Kyungho) conducted on-site fire safety education for distributors at Gangseo Agricultural Products Wholesale Market (hereinafter referred to as ‘Gangseo Market’).
The Gangseo branch visited facilities at risk of fire twice, on the 7th and 9th, to provide on-site fire safety education for distributors.
The training was directly conducted by Gangseo Fire Station (Magok 119 Safety Center), allowing for more professional and practical fire safety education and drills.
Due to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the training was divided into two small sessions, with all 60 market wholesale distributors participating in the education.
The distributors practiced using fire hydrants and fire extinguishers themselves, approaching the training with a serious attitude, which served as an opportunity to understand the importance of fire prevention and initial fire extinguishing.
