The junior officers who received their commissions on this day completed about two months of specialized practical training, including marine environment management practice, International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, and ship and engine operation simulations, and are scheduled to begin full-scale boarding on container ships and bulk carriers starting in August.
