Newly appointed President Lee Jae-young graduated from Korea University with a degree in Public Administration and earned a master's degree in City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley. He has since served as Director of the Housing and Land Office at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (formerly Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs), president of Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation, and president of LH.
