It is an honor to be with you like this. I greet you from the Rose Garden. Next to me are my office and the White House. It is a very special place. You are also experiencing a special time in your lives in a very special place.
It is the 70th anniversary of the June 25th War. I express my gratitude and respect to all those who bravely fought to stop communism. You are very special people.
I regret not being able to be with you today. I look forward to the day when I can meet you in person and shake hands.
I want to say that the achievements we have accomplished together, including the UN allied countries and all those who have helped, are truly remarkable. Congratulations on your victory.
