The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted that from the night of the 19th to the afternoon and night of the 20th, there will be showers accompanied by thunder and lightning mainly in inland areas nationwide.
In particular, hail is expected in the inland areas of Chungbuk and Gyeongbuk, where atmospheric instability is predicted to be the greatest on the 19th.
The expected precipitation from showers in inland areas nationwide is 5 to 30 mm on the night of the 19th and from daytime to night on the 20th.
On the 21st, the weather will be generally clear nationwide, but there will be occasional clouds in Chungcheong and southern regions.
The daytime temperatures on the 20th and 21st will be similar to those on the 19th, ranging from 19 to 32 degrees Celsius, with some inland areas rising above 30 degrees.
However, on the east coast of Gangwon, the daytime temperature will be around 25 degrees Celsius on the 20th due to the inflow of easterly winds, making it cool.
The lowest temperatures on the morning of the 20th will be between 16 and 21 degrees Celsius, and the highest daytime temperatures will range from 23 to 32 degrees. On the 21st, the morning low will be 17 to 21 degrees, and the daytime high is expected to be 24 to 33 degrees Celsius.
The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted that temperatures will rise stepwise from the 21st, with Seoul expected to exceed 33 degrees on the 23rd.
Rain is expected in most areas on the 24th and is likely to continue on the 25th.
The rain will gradually stop on the 26th but is expected to fall nationwide again on the 29th.

A KMA official said, "On Monday next week, temperatures in Seoul and other central inland areas will rise significantly, and there is a high possibility of a heatwave advisory being issued," adding, "People should prepare for the heat until the rain arrives."
