Dong-Eui University’s LINC+ Project Group is newly operating an AI and non-face-to-face interview consulting program to strengthen students' employment capabilities.

Six LINC+ Project Groups in the Busan area, including Dong-Eui University, Dongseo University, Dongmyung University, Dong-A University, Pukyong National University, and Korea Maritime and Ocean University, signed a "Contact-based AI and Non-face-to-face Employment Consulting Program Business Agreement" on the 18th at the conference room on the 2nd floor of Dong-Eui University’s main building.

In response to changes in university education trends due to COVID-19 and to enhance students' employment capabilities, they decided to jointly develop and operate a non-face-to-face interview program based on artificial intelligence (AI).

This program consists of a 12-session curriculum focused on AI and non-face-to-face interview response strategies and practical interview experiences for various situations. It is divided into AI and non-face-to-face-based mock interview stages and non-face-to-face-based practical interview stages.

Additionally, it is composed of core and specialized content by stages, including interview speech skills, interview type analysis, game interviews, discussion interviews, presentation (PT) interviews, and one-on-one individual consulting. Interactive education and real-time feedback are also provided using programs and applications such as ZOOM and ViewInter.

Through this program, which will run from July to October, students are expected to acquire interview skills and know-how suited to themselves, enabling them to prepare for employment with high completeness.

In particular, Dong-Eui University’s LINC+ Project Group plans to systematically support students struggling with AI and non-face-to-face interviews by involving students from various majors in the program and securing professionalism and differentiation in the educational process to connect it to actual employment.

Lee Im-geon, head of Dong-Eui University’s LINC+ Project Group, said, “The goal of this program is to enhance students' employment confidence and capabilities through a systematic and specialized learning program centered on practice and coaching, in line with the untact trend of the recruitment market.”
