Korea Deloitte Group Conducts Regular Executive Personnel Changes... Establishes New ED Position
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] Deloitte Anjin Accounting Corporation and the Korea Deloitte Group announced on the 11th that they have carried out their regular executive personnel appointments. A notable feature of this personnel change is the establishment of the Executive Director position, which is equivalent to a junior partner level.
In this executive personnel appointment, following the official integration of the Korea Deloitte Group into Deloitte Asia Pacific on the 1st of this month, it is expected that business cooperation with Deloitte Asia Pacific and Deloitte Global will be strengthened. As a result, global business capabilities and leadership were key evaluation criteria.
Deloitte explained that due to ongoing socio-economic uncertainties, client needs and service demands have diversified, and through rigorous performance evaluations, the abilities of newly promoted individuals were thoroughly verified.
Additionally, emphasis was placed on intangible values such as suitability for 'Deloitte Shared Values,' which can positively influence society as professionals, and leadership capable of guiding diverse talents and supporting competency development.
In this regular executive promotion, the Korea Deloitte Group established the Executive Director (ED) position, which will take on roles equivalent to partners. EDs are executive-level specialists possessing advanced knowledge, networks, and insights in specific services and industries. They undertake projects and advisory roles in areas difficult for general experts to perform, thereby creating internal and external brand value.
