[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 11th that it will hold the ‘Hope Apple Tree Adoption Social Network Service (SNS) Event,’ where farmers can nurture and directly harvest apples, until the 30th.
This event was planned to gift hope apple trees and support local farms for families, friends, couples, small business owners, and small and medium enterprises going through difficult times due to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
The apple tree adoption involves nurturing apples at apple farms located in Chungju, Chungbuk; Cheongsong, Gyeongbuk; and Jangsu, Jeonbuk, with customers harvesting the apples themselves during the harvest season.
To participate in the event, write a story about who you want to gift the hope apple tree to and your preferred region as a comment on Nonghyup Bank’s Facebook or Instagram.
