The 57th confirmed case in Gangseo District is a man in his 40s residing in Yeomchang-dong, who is presumed to have been infected through contact with a confirmed patient among users of Mokdong Table Tennis Club located in Mok 2-dong, Yangcheon District.
This confirmed patient first showed symptoms such as coughing on the 1st, was tested at the Yangcheon District Public Health Center screening clinic on the 4th, and was confirmed positive on the 5th.
According to Gangseo District Office, the family members are under self-quarantine, and an epidemiological investigation is underway.
