Labor Union Chairman Jeong Seung-woo stated, "In order to jointly resolve the recent crisis caused by the COVID-19 situation, the union has agreed to delegate wage negotiations to the company," adding, "We hope this decision will further strengthen the foundation of the labor-management culture and contribute to overcoming the company's immediate crisis and sustaining future growth."
Ok Kyung-seok, CEO of the Explosives and Defense Division, said, "I am grateful that the union, which has been a great support during every crisis, has once again voluntarily cooperated," and promised, "We will focus all our capabilities on overcoming the current crisis based on mutual trust so that the union's significant decision will not be in vain."
