Support for HR and Labor Consulting in Workplaces with Fewer Than 10 Regular Employees
Third-Phase Consulting Including Investigation, Execution, and Implementation Management... 1:1 Customized Manuals for Each Workplace... Applications Open Until May 22, 20 Workplaces Selected... Free Consulting Fees
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Yeongdeungpo-gu (District Mayor Chae Hyun-il) is providing free on-site HR and labor consulting services directly by labor attorneys for small-scale businesses.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, the business conditions of companies have worsened, and labor-management relations have become increasingly chaotic. In particular, small-scale businesses sometimes suffer due to lack of information.
Accordingly, the district supports customized "Hope Consulting" for small-scale businesses with fewer than 9 employees that lack economic and time resources.
This program matches professional labor attorneys 1:1 with businesses to accompany them through all processes from diagnosis to follow-up management, conducting consulting from June to October through a three-step process of △investigation △execution △compliance management.
During the first visit, the labor attorney interviews the business owner and reviews documents to determine the overall consulting direction.
On the second visit, the labor attorney provides the business owner with a manual reflecting the characteristics of the business.
Additionally, the attorney educates the owner on labor-related laws, employment contracts, and other necessary information, while also guiding available business support measures.
At the final third visit, the attorney checks whether the business has addressed vulnerabilities based on the consulting content, discusses together, and organizes future operational directions.
To support systematic management, last year the district signed a business agreement with the Seoul Southern Branch of the Korea Certified Labor Attorneys Association, Yeongdeungpo-gu Chamber of Commerce, Yeongdeungpo-gu Small Business Association, and Seoul Small Business Association.
Those wishing to participate in the "Small-scale Business Hope Consulting" can apply by visiting the Job Economy Division by the 22nd, and applications by email or mail are also accepted.
After review, the district will select 20 businesses and announce the results on the district website and notify individually. However, large-scale franchise-type stores or supermarkets with a store area of 300㎡ or more are excluded from support.
Detailed information can be found on the district website.
