Since 2015, Nonghyup Life has been operating a dedicated team for VIP customers called the FA (Financial Advisor) team, providing consulting on investment strategies, taxes, retirement, inheritance, gifts, and legal matters to VIP clients.
Going forward, it will be possible to offer in-person consultations using the VIP Center. Customers can make reservations through Nonghyup and Livestock Cooperatives or FC recruiters, and receive immediate consultations from resident FAs within the VIP Center.
The VIP Center consists of a customer consultation room and a seminar room, where 1:1 customized comprehensive asset management consultation services and lectures will be conducted.
