On the JTBC show "The Most Ordinary Family" aired on the 2nd, Choi Byung-gil and Seo Yuri had a serious conversation while drinking.
In the broadcast, Choi Byung-gil said to Seo Yuri, "I married because you have an independent personality. Do you hate being alone that much? Stop obsessing over me. Isn't that why you have panic attack symptoms?"
In response, Seo Yuri said, "Do what you want to do alone. People might think I don't let you go," and added, "The cause of my panic attacks is my anxiety."
Seo Yuri tearfully confessed to Choi Byung-gil, "I am someone who has lived a life without stability. I experienced stability for the first time after getting married. I wondered, 'Is it okay for me to be this happy?'"
That day, Seo Yuri collapsed showing symptoms of a panic attack while crying. Choi Byung-gil skillfully comforted her.
Seo Yuri shared with Dr. Oh Eun-young, "I first experienced a panic attack five years ago after reading malicious comments. I felt like I couldn't breathe and found myself collapsed. After that, I went to the hospital and was diagnosed." She also mentioned that her condition has recently improved.
In response, Dr. Oh Eun-young advised, "The root cause of anxiety is oneself. It must be resolved through inner personal growth."
Additionally, in the broadcast, Choi Byung-gil said, "I developed bulimia after marriage." Dr. Oh Eun-young commented, "While Seo Yuri's satisfaction with married life is high, Choi Byung-gil's is relatively low. It seems to be because Seo Yuri keeps wanting to stay close. The fundamental cause for both is anxiety. If this anxiety is well managed, their married life will become smoother."
