Samsung Electronics DS Division Awards 62 Billion KRW Incentives to Outstanding Partner Companies
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] Samsung Electronics announced on the 29th that it will pay approximately KRW 62 billion to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) among the first and second-tier partner companies residing in the DS Division to prevent workplace safety accidents, improve productivity, and promote mutual growth with partners.
The payment method is twice a year after rating determination in the first half (January to June) and the second half (July to December), with payments scheduled for July this year and January 2021.
The company stated, "Among 259 SMEs evaluated by company, payments will be made according to the evaluation grade to SMEs above a certain grade, and the KRW 62 billion is an estimated amount that may change depending on the evaluation results."

They added that the total payment scale for all partner companies residing in the DS Division is expected to be KRW 80.5 billion.
