[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Soribada (CEO Son Jihyun) announced on the 28th that it confirmed that applicant Oh Changgeun submitted a withdrawal letter regarding the injunction application for suspension of director duties filed on the 14th.
Additionally, regarding the injunction application for permission to inspect and copy accounting books filed on the 16th by Kim Youngdae and four others, it was confirmed that among the applicants, Kim Youngdae, Lee Gangrae, and Lee Donggyu resigned due to personal reasons.
CEO Son Jihyun stated, "Although the management dispute caused some confusion among shareholders, the dispute has ended naturally, and a stable management foundation has been established. We will focus more on our core business and strive to achieve management performance."
