Visible ARS is a service that allows users to navigate menus on their smartphone screens without having to wait for voice prompts to finish. Frequently inquired services are provided as separate menus, enabling users to check market prices, place orders, check balances, and make transfers even while receiving guidance.

When customers install the Korea Investment stock trading app 'Korea Investment' and call the customer center, the Visible ARS automatically activates. At any stage during use, customers can connect directly to a consulting staff member. Choi Seo-ryong, Head of the e-Biz Division, said, "We developed this so that financially vulnerable groups such as senior customers and hearing-impaired individuals can easily handle consultations," adding, "We will continue to develop services to ensure all customers can use them conveniently."
