Korea Citibank Launches 'New Citi Clear Card'
[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Kim] Korea Citibank announced on the 29th the launch of the 'New Citi Clear Card,' which features a redesigned look and has changed its international partner brand from Visa to MasterCard.
This card offers various benefits within a maximum monthly integrated discount limit of 20,000 KRW based on the previous month's spending. It provides a 5% billing discount at all restaurants nationwide during lunch hours (11 AM to 2 PM) and a 10% billing discount on public transportation (bus and subway). Additionally, it offers up to a 30% billing discount on various everyday lifestyle sectors such as telecommunications, shopping, coffee, movies, and travel.
A Citibank official stated, “We provide benefits at various merchants that suit the lifestyles of office workers,” adding, “We made it easy for customers to receive benefits wherever they frequently use and visit.”
