Seven Eleven announced on the 28th that it has newly opened two 'Seven Eleven Express' stores at the shaded rest areas of Lotte Skyhill Jeju CC (located in Seogwipo City).
'Seven Eleven Express' is a smart vending machine-type convenience store equipped with various customer convenience features based on IT sales technology. It was developed in 2018 as a profitable model with next-generation second store functions for franchisees, and currently, 10 stores are operating nationwide.
The newly introduced Express stores at Lotte Skyhill Jeju CC operate unmanned under the management of the main store, with all systems such as sales, ordering, and inventory management controlled by the main store, which is the 'Art Villas Store' that opened simultaneously at Lotte Resort Jeju Art Villas.
The Express stores basically offer a product assortment of about 100 items, including food and beverages such as drinks, snacks, ice cream, as well as golf supplies like golf balls and golf gloves. They also sell golf course customized food sets such as 'Birdie Box' and 'Eagle Box.'
For customers wishing to purchase alcoholic beverages, a 'staff call system' is activated upon scanning the product, allowing easy purchase through face-to-face verification by the assigned caddie. Additionally, 'self-checkout counters,' 'instant cooking stations,' and 'spacious rest areas' are provided so customers can use the facilities comfortably and freely.
