Kang Jeong-su, head of the Blue House Digital Communication Center, explained on the 27th in response to a Blue House petition, "The petition to discard electronic vote counting machines received the support of 210,801 citizens. Issues such as the reliability of the early voting ballot issuance machine system raised by the petitioner and the disposal of electronic vote counting machines are handled by the Election Commission."
